How much does a pedal boat cost at Dique do Tororó?
The price is very attractive: at least in 2021, a ride for two people costs R$ 12 and for three, R$ 15. To my surprise, you can ride in groups of three. You pay for 30 minutes of enjoyment. Therefore, if you exceed this time, you will be charged R$ 5 for every additional 10 minutes.
Is the tour worth it?
The paddle boat is a great opportunity to see the Dique do Tororó from a new perspective. Plus, I found it a safe outing. After all, they provide life jackets for everyone who participates. Although the steering wheel makes a rusty noise, you quickly get the hang of how to drive it. For tall people with long legs, like me, you need to find a way around it.

The tip is to always paddle through the waters of the Dique. If you go near the edges, you risk running your paddleboat aground. I loved the feeling of getting so close to the orixás, because for those who like to take photos it's an unmissable opportunity.
It can also be a romantic moment for couples. After all, if you go as a couple, it's a chance to enjoy a sunny day, the view of the trees, and the weather to do something different for the one you love.
And it's for all ages. I saw a pair of little boys riding it. In other words, since it only requires you to pedal and hold the handlebars, it becomes very accessible to everyone.
